Civil Litigation:
Check with George as he has represented individuals and businesses in claims over money, property, boundary lines, contracts, faulty construction and many others. If you or your business have sustained some damage, it may be necessary to take the other party to Court to recover your damages.
George will always consider binding arbitration instead of the traditional litigation route. It may be more cost effective to use some kind of alternative resolution process. In some cases, the parties will have agreed to use arbitration if a dispute arises from their dealings. In most cases, it will require the consent of all parties to proceed with mediation or arbitration. If one side wants arbitration and the other sided does not, the case will likely proceed through the usual litigation process
